The Grit Guard Insert fits perfectly in the bottom of your Grit Guard Wash Bucket and separates dirt from your washmitt! The circular design removes the sand and dirt from your washmitt so that you have a perfectly clean mitt every time you take it out of your washing bucket to wash the next part of the car. All the potentially harmful particles fall to the bottom of the bucket so that they stay far away from your mitt and thus also the paint of your car. This simple and cost-efficient method protects your precious paint against scratches and wax circles in this way.
The Grit Guard is not a gimmick, it is a logical system ... when you place your mitt in the bucket with water the fibers open completely, when you rub the mitt against the Grit Guard the dirt from the open fibers fall. Once the dirt is in the bottom of the bucket, the Grit Guard will stop them during the rinsing of the water with your next rinse. This is done by dividing the soil into 4 parts and preventing the dirt from entering the mitt again.
